Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is a non-profit 501c3 organization, operating with support from our community. Our corporate strategy combines business and social impact goals.

Because of GCE, people with disabilities can find employment, independence and self-sufficiency. Many of our team members are military veterans who bring enormous value to the environments in which they perform. Our team members deserve not only a living wage for their work, but ongoing training and education to help them be successful in the long-term. Learn more and see our annual report here.

When you give to GCE, you have the option to support a program of your choice or the area of greatest need. Our Helping Hands program is available for our team members in times of crisis, providing food, housing, electricity, repairs and other necessities. Our Project SEARCH team provides job training and experience for young people with disabilities transitioning out of school and into the work force. We also provide employment services such as transportation for those who would be otherwise unable to get to their work site.
