Carol Duke serves as vice president of administration and support for Global Connections to Employment (GCE).

In this role, Carol directs senior leaders whose roles are to support operations. She helps ensure quality work performance and adherence to regulatory compliance issues across the organization. Key areas Carol oversees include quality management; contract management; NISP-compliant security program management; safety management; data analysis and reporting; as well as transition and support services.

Carol closely collaborates with funding sources, customers, stakeholders, and internal and external management staff. Her team ensures appropriate services are provided timely and in compliance with governing and accrediting agencies, guidelines, regulations and statutes.

Prior to this role, Carol served as GCE’s organizational management services senior executive. She led a diverse team of up to 18 members, participating in strategic initiatives and priorities of the organization.

Carol has been with GCE since July 2003. In that time, her accomplishments include collaborating on system-wide leadership development curriculum, leading a safety initiative that resulted in a $400,000 cost savings, leading on improved safety trainings across multiple lines of business, overseeing annual conferences for 100-plus leaders and team members, overseeing contract management for 60-plus contracts in 10 lines of business, and coordinating and leading regulatory compliance audits.

Carol earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is also a group fitness instructor at Bear Levin Studer YMCA in Pensacola, Florida
