Natasha Hall serves as a director of operations for food services at Global Connections to Employment (GCE). She has built her career around a deep passion for serving others, especially individuals with disabilities.
Natasha joined GCE in October 2019 after a 23-year military career working in logistics and food service. Since joining GCE, she has brought that same level of commitment and heart for service into her role every day.
For Natasha, the transition from the military to GCE felt natural. “It’s not a big change, it’s just taking off the suit and putting on the GCE uniform,” she said. Having previously interacted with GCE staff throughout her military career, she already understood the organization’s mission.
GCE’s people and mission are what drive her the most.
“I just love the people. I just have a serving heart,” she said. “Just to see them grow, develop and be different than yesterday is amazing to me.”
Natasha is passionate about creating an environment where her team feels supported, valued and empowered. She believes that when people feel appreciated, they perform at their best.
“I think that when a person knows they’re supported and appreciated, they’ll give you their 100%,” she shared. “I never take them for granted, and I just want to make sure they feel appreciated.”
One of the most rewarding parts of her role is watching team members grow and advance in their careers.
“To see them grow is always a beautiful thing. We’ve seen team members go from food service worker to supervisor, so just to see them grow and develop is always a blessing every day.”
Through her leadership, Natasha has helped cultivate a workplace that feels like family, where individuals are encouraged to grow, support one another and further their careers. Her dedication continues to make a lasting impact on both her team and GCE.
