
Dwight Davis, president of Global Connections to Employment (GCE), has been appointed to a three-year term as South region representative on the executive committee of the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE). NCSE is an independent network of executives representing nonprofit agencies that provide services or manufacture products under the federal AbilityOne® Program.
In this new role, Davis will represent nonprofit agencies across the South region and contribute to executive-level guidance supporting SourceAmerica’s mission of creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities.
Davis serves as president of Global Connections to Employment (GCE), where he leads efforts to provide employment opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities, including veterans.
Davis served 26 years in the United States Air Force. During his military career, he held numerous senior leadership roles, including command of a Special Operations Squadron and an Operations Group. He also served as chief of staff for a two-star Joint and Interagency Task Force focused on combating illicit trafficking from Central and South America. A combat veteran, Davis deployed in support of operations in Bosnia, South Korea, Afghanistan and Iraq.
After retiring from the military in 2018, Davis served as director of operations for The Rockhill Group, where he oversaw the execution of Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration services contracts across 37 locations nationwide and overseas. He has served GCE since 2021.
Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Operations Management from Auburn University and a Master of Aviation Science with Distinction from Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College and earned a Master of Military Operational Arts and Science degree. He was also selected for a National Defense Fellowship at the Naval Postgraduate School, where he received the Military Officers Association of America Advanced Joint Warfare Award.
