Steven Sidlovsky has been named director of operations for Global Connections to Employment (GCE).

In his new role, Sidlovsky will be responsible for leading operational performance and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned GCE contract sites. He will oversee operations, develop strategies that advance GCE’s goals and allocate resources in alignment with business priorities.

Sidlovsky brings more than a decade of experience in finance, with a professional background spanning private, government and nonprofit sectors. He has been with LifeView Group, GCE’s parent company, since 2021.

Most recently, he served as finance manager at LifeView Group, providing financial leadership and operational insight that supported both mission delivery and business performance. In this role, he led the month‑end close process, prepared and analyzed departmental budgets, facilitated financial audits and ensured compliance with state and federal funding guidelines.

With his strong financial expertise and cross-sector experience, Sidlovsky is well positioned to drive operational excellence and support continued success across GCE’s contract sites in his new leadership role.
