Jason Seabolt, contracts specialist, has transformed contract workflows, achieving a 100% response rate on all contracting actions within 48 hours — a major improvement from the team’s previous record. Known for his diplomacy and professionalism with government partners, Jason “pushes back when necessary, but always with respect and tact,” as Jeffrey Fullmer, special contracts manager, shared.
Jason is the person his teammates turn to. Whether supporting peers after hours, taking on additional responsibilities like Wage Determination coversheets, or filling in for leadership during leave, Jason sets the tone for collaboration and excellence. “He never settles — not for himself, not for the team, and not for the mission,” Jeffrey emphasized.
Jason lives our values every day — treating people right, taking care of each other and continually striving to improve — making him an invaluable member of GCE. Congratulations, Jason!
