Pensacola, Fla. (May 13, 2025) – Global Connections to Employment (GCE) announces the addition of Jeremiah White to the business development team. Headquartered in Pensacola, GCE is one of the country’s largest private employers of people with disabilities.
White has more than 15 years of business leadership experience – including quality, training, talent acquisition, government contracting, program management and aerospace operations, supporting U.S. military and defense operations around the globe. In his new role as business development manager, White will leverage strategic partnerships and innovative solutions to secure contracts aligning with GCE’s mission to enhance employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
White has served GCE since 2022, most recently as quality program manager, where he led key initiatives to enhance service performance and contract compliance across multiple federal programs.
He began his career in the U.S. Air Force as an F-15 crew chief and instructor at Tyndall Air Force Base. He later transitioned to roles in operations, training and aerospace maintenance with both government and private contractors. White served active duty in the U.S. Air Force and was a U.S. Army contractor in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor.
