Congratulations to our partner Cherokee Federal on being selected as the 2025 Business Partnership Award winner at the National SourceAmerica® XForce Conference in Indianapolis.

Cherokee Federal was chosen for the Business Partnership Award because of collaboration with GCE and the U.S. Air Force at Fort Carson, Colorado, on a full-service patient appointment contact center, which enables beneficiaries and members of the military health system to find the right doctor and location that suits their needs.
Mark Kessler, vice president of innovation and business development for GCE, said the partnership between GCE and Cherokee is groundbreaking, and it is the future. Through this partnership, they created sustainable employment opportunities across federal agencies for individuals with disabilities while improving operational effectiveness.
SourceAmerica’s 2025 Achievement Awards recognize nonprofits, employees and business partners for their success and leadership in transforming workplace culture and advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the workforce. These awards highlight successes in disability employment at a crucial time when the unemployment rate of working-age individuals with disabilities is more than double the national unemployment rate for those without disabilities.
