Global Connections to Employment (GCE) and SourceAmerica honored House Representative Mike Ezell of Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District and Senator Rick Scott of Florida as AbilityOne® Congressional Champions in recognition of their dedication to constituents with disabilities.
GCE nominated Rep. Ezell and Sen. Scott for their significant contributions as federal policymakers, including congressional actions and support of constituents with disabilities. Through collaborative efforts and continuous engagement, GCE has worked closely with Rep. Ezell and Sen. Scott to advocate for the AbilityOne Program and promote opportunities for economic and personal independence for individuals with disabilities.
